TERMS & CONDITIONS
Deposit Policy:
A credit card is required to guarantee reservations.
No charge will be applied to card until check-out, except for no-shows and cancellations during Holidays.
Cancellation Policy:
Holiday Seasons: Cancellations received less than 30 days prior to arrival date will be charged 50% of the entire stay.
Low Season: Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to arrival date will be charged with 50% of the entire stay.
No shows or last minute cancellations will result in forfeiture of the entire stay.
Last minute cancellations are the ones received one day prior to arrival and/or cancellation of nights during your stay.

RATES INCLUDE
Welcoming cocktail. A la carte breakfast.
kids Policy:
Children under 12 years old: $10 USD per night. Children over 12 years old: $40 USD per night.
Pets Policy:
Pets not permitted.
17% tax not included.
Holidays:
- Day of the dead Oct. 31 - Nov 03.
- Christmas and New Year´s Dec. 22 - Jan. 02
Check-in: 3 pm.
Check-out: 12 pm.
TRANSPORTATION
The hotel can prearrange transportation via taxi from the Uruapan and Morelia airports with prior notice. Price from the Uruapan airport: $500 pesos one way, $1,000 pesos round-trip. Price from the Morelia airport: $600 pesos one way, $1,200 pesos round-trip.
You will be advised of the taxi number that will be waiting for you outside the airport (white taxis with Taxi Ejecutivo plus the number in big gray letters).
